5. Shipping and Delivery Times

For physical products:

Shipping is done through third-party providers. The estimated delivery time and shipping costs will be provided before completing the order.

For digital products:

The download will be available immediately upon payment confirmation and will also be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

6. Return policy

a) Digital Products:

Due to the digital nature of the product, returns and refunds are not accepted once the file has been downloaded.

b) Physical Products:

Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return, provided the product has not been tampered with, damaged, or customized.
