You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (unless defective)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
