Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

In accordance with European and Spanish consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contacto@artiesphera.com within the 14-day period. You must return the item in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund using the original payment method within 14 days.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Digital downloads: Once a digital file has been delivered via email or download link, the purchase is non-refundable.

Customized or personalized products: If your order includes any customization (e.g., sizes, framing, or text), it cannot be returned unless it is defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
